A second experienced RWDS photographer covering a different angle, room, or area simultaneously. Day rate covers 8 hours of coverage. Coordinated brief shared between both photographers before the shoot. Multi-day rates available — discussed in consultation.

Introduces analog warmth and grain alongside your digital coverage. Kodak Portra 400 or Fuji 400H depending on the look. 40–60 frames shot, developed, and scanned to high resolution. Results have a timeless, editorial quality that digital can't replicate. Subject to availability — must be requested at booking.

A carefully crafted 2–4 minute cinematic edit combining your best footage, synchronized to a licensed track of your choice. Delivered in 4K where available. Perfect for social sharing, event recap, or as a standalone keepsake. Add-on for photo-only packages; upgrade for video packages that don't already include a reel.

5 individually edited short-form clips cut from your project footage. Each delivered in vertical (9:16), square (1:1), and landscape (16:9) formats for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Stories. Titles and transitions matched to your brand. Ideal for brands, artists, and corporate clients who need a social media pipeline without commissioning a full reel.

Requires a dedicated editor on-site for rapid post-production during the event. Selected highlights — ceremony, first dance, key speeches — cut and graded in real time. Delivered to you before the reception ends, ready to share with guests the same night. Must be confirmed at booking due to crew scheduling. Available for weddings and large events only.

Day rate includes a licensed FAA Part 107 drone operator, all equipment, and fully processed aerial footage and stills delivered alongside your main package. Incredible for venue establishing shots, outdoor ceremonies, and brand campaigns. Subject to location and airspace permit approval — confirm at booking. Not available in NYC airspace without prior approval.

Rush turnaround guarantees your full edited gallery or video is delivered within 24 hours of the shoot wrapping. Available on all packages subject to schedule — must be requested at booking. Priced at 25% of your package total due to the priority editing allocation required.

All raw originals and edited deliverables stored in encrypted cloud storage with redundant backups. You retain permanent access and can re-download any file at any time during the archive period. Covers projects up to 1TB — typical for photo-only or short-form video projects. Renewal available at $150/year after the initial 2-year period.

Everything in Standard Archive, scaled to 4TB — the realistic footprint for a full-day shoot with both photo and video. We shoot Canon RAW and 10-bit LOG footage; a single full-day project easily exceeds 1TB of raw data before editing. This tier covers you properly. Annual renewal available at $200/year after the initial 2-year period.

Maximum coverage for large productions. Multi-day weddings, touring content, and long-form films can generate 4–8TB of raw footage across multiple camera bodies. This tier stores every frame — raw originals, proxies, project files, and final deliverables — for 2 years with full re-download access. Annual renewal available at $380/year.
